Building a large bird of prey. The Raptor!

Yet again it's been quite a while since my last post. The main reason is because I'm doing a lot of kits in my backlog and finish them as much as I can. Roughly, I'm doing about 8 different kits which are the: (according to priority)
1. 1/48 F-22A Raptor
2. A mystery kit which I'll be giving to my best friend for his birthday in May
3. 1/100 F-4EJ Phantom II
4.  SD Force Impulse
5. 1/100 YF-29 Durandal Valkyrie (Sheryl Marking Ver.)
6. 1/72 CH-47 Chinook
7. 1/48 X-35 Lightning II
8. 1/35 M1 Abrams w/ mine plow

The Academy Raptor had a lot of work to be done at first and at times made me want to quit the project but I finally pulled through. Now I'm close to finishing this kit. All it needs now is its camouflage, the gray lining and the decals. Of course with a few touch-ups here and there. Here's how it looks like:

Hopefully I'll be done with this kit by the end of April.
While I was letting the cement/paint dry & cure during the Raptor's construction, I got started on building the F-4EJ Phantom II and the M1 Abrams. Both of which are yet to be painted in their proper colors.

So far the only things painted for the Phantom II is the cockpit and as for the Abrams, just the wheels, mudflaps and the guns.

Hope you enjoyed this update. I'll be back to post more updates on my kit builds.
